Supporting your pathway
Evidence-led guidance for Black, Asian, and minoritised families before and during pregnancy. We provide the tools to ensure your clinical history is seen and your safety is prioritised.
Planning a pregnancy
If you have had a LLETZ procedure, a cone biopsy, or a previous loss, you require specific clinical attention. Your history is the starting point of your safety pathway.
Pre-conception Readiness (NICE NG25)
Currently pregnant
National guidance says a cervical length scan must be offered between 16 and 24 weeks if you have high-risk factors. If not offered, escalate your concerns immediately.

Advocacy in action
Ask your midwife: Is my LLETZ history on correctly? When is my cervical scan? Who is the consultant overseeing my pathway? Use your voice at every booking.
Patient Advocacy Toolkit (UK Edition)
Recovery is lived in the walking: you do not need to be ready today, and we are here when you are.
The Coaching Programme
Our structured 12-month programme offers a path forward for Black, Asian and minoritised families. Led by lived-experience coaches, it provides a safe, race-explicit space to integrate loss and slowly reconnect with identity and relationships.
Resources and Partner Support
We offer immediate resources tailored for minoritised parents, including a dedicated support stream for fathers and partners. We believe in walking with the whole family, providing tools that help navigate grief while protecting your mental health.
